This sweet and spicy Korean Barbecue Seasoning, goes great for grilling meat, typically thickly sliced beef sirloin, tenderloin, short ribsor chicken prepared on gas or charcoal grills
Recipe to prepare Korean style grilled chicken:
Rinse the 2lbs boneless chicken thighs. Make marinade by mixing 2tbsp Korean bbq seasoning mix with 1/2 cup sesame oil, 4 teaspoons mirin, salt and pepper to taste. Add the chicken pcs to Marinade, stir to coat the chicken evenly, cover and refrigerate for 2 hours. Brush a bit of oil on the surface, and grilll the chicken until they turn golden brown. Remove from grill cut crosswise into 1 1/2-inch thick strips.
Wrap the grilled chicken with lettuce and add spicy scallion salad and a spicy sauce made with gochujang, and enjoy.
