Returns Policy

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

  1. Email us to request a return(contact@bengalseafoods.com). You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase and picture of order.
  2. Once your return is issued we will email you a shipping label. Print and use the label to return the package. 
  3. Once the package has been shipped, we will issue your refund or ship out the correct item.



Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You can always contact us for any return question at contact@bengalseafoods.com.
