Refunds

  1. We allow refunds for items that were received damaged or not shipped or received the incorrect item.
  2. If you did not receive your item please contact us at contact@bengalseafoods.com and we will process your refund or reship your order.
  3. If your item was damaged, email us with a picture and have it shipped back to us.(We will send you a shipping label once we receive your email)
  4. We will email you a return shipping label for any returns. 
  5. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, your refund will be issued.
  6. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Refunds take 1-2 Business days to process.
