I’m enjoying my first order of oats which I use for overnight oats. The taste and texture are satisfying. I like knowing the residual pesticides are at a minimum. I don’t mind paying a little more for quality products. I will purchase again.

Perfect flavor for making chili. Somewhat less heat than the ghost pepper. You can have heat in your food without burning someone’s insides.

I did a Google search for a specific dried chile pod Chil viste, which is a must for preparing authentic mole. I ordered other spices, which I was under the impression that they would come in glass jars. They instead came in flat packs. I did not need as much (4 Oz of spices, therefore the flat packs were sufficient.

It’s a real challenge to find a variety of spices in rural Minnesota. So happy to find you.
And those Dundiciuts were HUGE!
