Also known as Hibiscus, Flor de Jamaica, the dried sepals of a specific hibiscus plant called Roselle, Jamaican Sorrel.
To make drink: Pour the boiling water over 2tsp Sorrel, steep15-60 min, (steep longer for a stronger flavor), strain, sweeten & drink 2- 3 cups/day.
