Kudzu Root Starch (Pueraria lobata)

Also known as “Kuzu” or ‘Japanese Arrowroot’

This pure white starch is made from Roots of the edible Kudzu Vine. It is very low in calories and is an easily digestible source of complex carbohydrates. It is a superior thickener, dissolves quickly, binds more strongly than arrowroot.

Dissolve it in a cold liquid before adding it to anything hot. Stir constantly. The milky white will become clear.
