Yarrow Flowers (Achillea Millefolium)

Yarrow flowers are hardy perennial known for its medicinal properties.

To make Tea: Pour a cup of hot water (190-205ºF), over 1-2tsp flower, steep for 10-15min, strain, sweeten with honey, drink up to 3 cups/ day between meals. Or cool and pat on the skin.
