Ingredients: Peppermint leaf, Nettle leaf, Raspberry Leaf, Dong Quai, Oatstraw, Ginger root, Chaste Tree Berry, Chamomile flowers, Rose petals.

To make tea: Put 1-2tsp tea in a cup of hot water (190-205ºF), steep for 5 min.strain, & drink 1/2 times a day.
