Nettle Leaf (Urtica Dioica)

Nettle Root from 'Stinging nettle plant' is effective in treating painful symptoms of arthritis, gout, rheumatism; relieves hair loss, treat hay fever and allergy symptoms, helpful for bladder and urinary tract function.*relieves eczema and acne, removes warts when applied topically. Reduces gingivitis and prevents plaque as a mouth rinse.

To make Tea: Pour 1 cup boiling water over 1tsp leaf, cover and steep 5-10 minutes. Strain, may add honey and drink 1-3cups/ day.
