It has a deep and rich savory flavor, enhanced with salty fermented notes.
It has also a strong umami flavor, ideal for enhancing meaty flavors without adding meat-based ingredients to a dish, and is also perfect for hearty soups, braises, and glazes.
Usage: Ready to use. To rehydrate: Mix 1 part Red Miso Powder with 1 part water.
