Ingredients: Hibiscus, Rose Hips, Apple, Blackcurrants, Cranberry, Strawberry, Strawberry leaves, Blackcurrant Leaves, Raspberry Leaves, Lemon Verbena, Lemon Myrtle, Safflower with Natural and Artificial Flavors.

To Make Tea: In a warm tea pot put 1-2 tsp tea, pour a cup of hot water (190-205°F), steep for 3-5 min, strain & drink.
