Why are the DAKOTA PRIDE GREEN LENTILS brown? All other GREEN Lentils I see from other brands are Green.

The Mulato Chilies are also dried ripen Poblano Chilies and has similar looks to the Ancho chili, but the Mulato is a Poblano that ripens to black/brown, where as Ancho is a Poblano that ripens to a deep red. Mulato chilies has a sweeter, fuller and a bit smokier than the Ancho. This large, flat chili is chocolate brown in color and rather mild, rating a 2-3 on a heat scale of 1-10, with heat rating of 2500 - 3000 Scoville units.
