Lobster mushrooms have thick, meaty flesh and a deep, earthy flavor that blends well with other flavors in a dish. Lobster Mushrooms are great baked, roasted, grilled or sautéed, in lots of butter. Marinate slabs of rehydrated Lobster Mushrooms and grill like meat. To rehydrate: Rinse mushrooms, cover with boiling water and let soak for 15 to 20 minutes, rinse and add directly to any recipe that will cook for at least 25 minutes.
