Lemon Myrtle Powder (Backhousia citriodora)

Lemon myrtle imparts a lemon aroma to sweets and baked goods without adding the acidity of lemon. It also helps to fight against infection, an effective gargle for the mouth as it can heal sore throats and ulcers.*

 To make Tea: Infuse ¼-1/2tsp lemon myrtle leaf powder in a cup of boiling water, steep for 5-10min, strain and drink. (Can be used alone or in combination with green tea).
