Aromatic Parboiled Katarivogh Rice

Katarivogh is an aromatic rice that is parboiled from Bangladesh. Cooking parboiled rice is fairly straight forward. Boil 2 cups of water for every 1 cup of rice. Once the rice is at a rolling boil, reduce the heat and let simmer for 30-45 minutes. You can also use a rice cooker.
