I was running out of one of my favorite peppers for cooking, and they are becoming harder to find online. Searching around online I came across Bengal Seafoods. It had been awhile since I needed to by some so I forgot how much a pound of dried peppers equates to, and thought the shipping charge was a little bit exorbitant. After I received the package and saw the quality, all is forgiven.
I enjoy Chinkiang Vinegar every morning and feel good about taking it , I have not test the result yet but I feel better
