Ingredients: Seeds of Khatmi (Althea Officinalis) fruits of Sapistan (Cordia latifolia), Licorice root (Glycyrriza glabra), seeds of Khubbazi (Malva rotundifolia), leaves of Gaozaban (Onosma bracteatum) Banafsha flower (Viola odorata) & Jujube fruit (Zizyphus jujuba)

To make tea: Pour 1 (8 oz) of water over 1-2 tsp Joshanda herb, bring to boil, simmer until it reduces to half cup. Strain & drink before breakfast & at bed time.
