Gum Arabic (Acacia Gum/ Babool Gum), Powder

Gum Arabic powder is a dry, gummy substance obtained from several species of African Acacia trees.

Most commonly used as a thickener, stabilizer, and emulsifier in foods, confectionery & bakery products, beverages and snack foods.

It is easily water-soluble and dissolves in cold or warm water.

Recommended Usage: 3-30%

Providing a source of soluble dietary fiber and healthy bacteria (probiotics) in the gut, treating IBS symptoms and constipation.*

Recomended dosage: 1 tbsp with 8 oz of water or juice.*
