Guayusa is the dried leaves and stems of a South American rain forest holly is the second most caffeinated plant on earth next to coffee, & also known as “night Watchman,” Traditionally drank as tea for its stimulating effects.*

To make Tea: In a warm tea pot put 1/2 tsp tea, pour a cup of hot water (190-205ºF) steep for 2/3 minutes, strain & enjoy.
