Black Garlic
Peeled Cloves
Cloves of aged (fermented) fresh garlic bulb, slightly sweet with hint of balsamic vinegar and a soft, creamy texture. Pairs well with mushrooms, tomatoes, cheese, fish and shellfish, smoked meats.
Black garlic makes purees and sauces. Chopped or diced and added directly to pizzas, pastas, rice and legume based dishes.
