Jasmine Flowers (Jasminum officinale)

Jasmine flowers are small and delicate, prized for their delicate fragrance. It gives scent that is incredibly volatile and have lingering hint of aroma.

To make Tea: Pour a cup of hot water (90-100ºF) over 1-2tsp Jasmine flower, steep for 2-3minutes, strain, may add honey or natural sweetener to taste
