Cedar Leaf (Thuja plicata)

Cedar leaves is strongly disinfectant and used to treat respiratory conditions as coughs and colds, used to treat tuberculosis, as an expectorant. Cedar leaf is a useful anti-fungal for skin including athlete's foot and ringworm and nail fungus.*

For Tea: Steep 1tbsp leaf/ cup of cold water for several hours. Drink ¼ to ½ cup twice a day.

For Foot Bath: Soak some leaves in 10 cups of hot water, steep until it is warm and soak your feet in it
