Calendula is edible, attractive, bright flower
Sprinkle the on salads, cakes and desserts for color and a slightly peppery taste. Use in herbal tea blends, baked goods and to enhance the color of broths and rice.
To make a light and refreshing tea: Pour a cup of boiling water over 1tsp dried petals, steep 10-15 minutes, strain and drink (2 - 3 cups per day)
