Indian Frankincense resins are the dried sap of Boswellia tree & best known for its healing power.
It can be used as is in its hardened state, ground into a powder or steamed distillation to produce frankincense essential oil or can be infused in warm oil & made into a salve or laid on charcoal to smoke.
*Used to treat inflammatory illnesses, treat digestive ailments, boost the immune, promotes calmness, serenity & relaxation system. 300–500 milligrams (mg) by mouth two to three times a day. Place 5-10 drops of oil in 8 ounces of water & take once a day.
