Boldo Leaf (Peumus Boldus Molina)

Boldo Leaf is used to treat liver and gallbladder-related disorders such as jaundice, hepatitis and gallstones, increase urine output, fight bacterial growth in the urine. Also used to stimulate the appetite, prevent heartburn, flatulence and bloating, eases constipation.*

To make Tea: Pour 1 cup of boiling water over 1 tsp leaf steep for 15-10 min., and drink 2-3 times per day.
