Banafsha is a medicinal herb, has a long and proven history in the treatment of whooping cough, cold and flu. It expectorates phlegm from the chest and relieves chest pain and pneumonia. It alleviates the severity of fever and acuteness of thirst. It is also helps to eradicate the weariness of mind.*

To make Tea: Boil ½-1tsp Banafsha herb in a cup of water for 4-5 minutes. Strain it and take it on an empty stomach 2 times during the day.
