Arnica is an herb and the flowers of the plant, are used to produce infused oils and tinctures.

To prepare Arnica Oil: Pour 5part of carrier oil (almond or grape seed) over 1part dried herbs in a jar, shake daily for six weeks. Strain with cheesecloth store in a jar.*

To make Arnica Tea: infuse 1tsp dried flower into ½ cup of hot water, steep for 10 minutes, strain.*
