Anti-Allergy Tea, Herbal Blend

*This anti-allegy herbal blend is an anti-inflammatory tea, act as natural antihistamines. Provides allergy relief & alleviate symptoms, help you naturally combat the symptoms of hay fever & seasonal & other allergy.

Ingredients: Rooibos, Nettle Leaf, Mullein leaf, Yerba Matte, Lemon Balm, Ginger, Licorice, Peppermint.

Pour 1 quart boiling water over 8 tsp blend in teapot. Cover & steep for 15 to 20 minutes. Strain & discard herbs. Sweeten with honey if desired. Drink 3 to 4 cups daily.
