Amlatas Bark (Cassia Fistula), C/S

Amlatas is an Indian medicinal tree, and its bark is useful in chronic disease like common cold, fever, sore throat, tonsillitis and asthma symptoms; Also to treat constipation, flatulence, acidity; skin irritation, swellings and pains.*

 To make Tea: Pour 1 cup boiling water over 1 teaspoons of bark, cover and steep for 5-10 minutes, strain & drink 1-2 cups per day.
