Yellow Dock Root (Hippophae Rhamnoides)

Yellow dock root contains chemicals called Anthraquinones / Anthraquinonoids, which work as stimulant laxatives. Yellow dock root promotes the flow of bile from the liver and gallbladder, help heartburn and indigestion, help bring stomach acids to normal levels.*

To make Tea: Boil 1 ½ cups of water with 1tbsp root, simmer for 30 minutes, strain, and drink 1-3 times daily before meals.
