Vetivert Root Powder (Vetiveria zizanioides)

Vetivert root, also known as Vetiver or Khus Khus has a sweet pleasant scent, useful in treating headaches, inflammations and irritability of the stomach, helps to reduce body heat or fever. It is helpful in treating insomnia, anxiety and stress related disorders.*

To make Tea:Put 1tsp root powder in a cup of boiling water, cover and let steep for 2-4 minutes. Strain & add milk and a natural sweetener to taste.
