Suma Root (Pfaffia paniculata)

Suma root (para tudo) from South America, also called “Brazilian Ginseng”, has a mild vanilla flavor. To make Tea: Pour 1 cup boiling water over 1tsp root, cover and let steep for 2-4 minutes. Strain, add a natural sweetener to taste, and drink.
