Red Root Powder (Ceanothus Americanus) The red roots and root bark, also known as New Jersey tea. Its root is bitter and has a bite.

It has an ability to support the spleen and treat a range of lymphatic system disorders, as well as having a benefit on the body's respiratory and digestive functions.

To make Tea: Put 1tsp root powder in a cup of boiling water, cover and let steep for 5-10 minutes. Strain & drink 1-2tbsp 2-3 times a day.
