Myrrh Rasin Powder (commiphora myrrha)

Also known as ‘Hirabol’, is a resin (dried tree sap), used in Ayurveda for its numerous benefits. . Myrrh is applied directly or mixed with water to make a mouthwash or gargle, soreness and swelling, inflamed gums (gingivitis), loose teeth, canker sores, bad breath. Myrrh also benefits skin conditions, including; weeping eczema, bedsores, boils, acne and deeply chapped skin. Also used as a stimulant and to increase menstrual flow.*
