Musta Root also known as ‘Nutgrass Root’, is used as a painkiller sedative with a calming effect on the stomach, promote GI tract comfort, promotes healthy digestion, eliminates natural toxins, support proper function of the liver, supports a regular healthy menstrual cycle and promote breast comfort.

*Musta Root Decoction: 1 tsp of Musta root added to 2 cups of water, boiled & reduced to half a cup, take 1-2 tsp in divided doses per day.
