Meadowsweet Herb (Filipendula / Spiraea ulmaria)

Meadowsweet is a herbaceous perennial shrub contains Salicylic Acid useful as pain killer, used to ease pain of arthritis & rheumatism. Meadowsweet also been used for colds, fever, respiratory problems, acid indigestion, peptic ulcers, skin diseases, and diarrhea.*

To make Tea: Steep 1/2tsp herb in a cup of boiling water for 10 min., drink 2-3cups/ day.
