Meadowsweet flowers (Queen of the meadow) are beautiful, delicate, and creamy-white in color, and have very sweet and strong smell. Often added to potpourri blends and infusions.
To make Tea: In a warm tea pot put 1-2tsp flower, pour a cup of hot water (190-205ºF), steep for 5-7min, strain add sweetener to taste & drink.
