Lovage Root (Levisticum officinale)

Lovage is used to increase water loss through urination, decrease spasms, and help pain and swelling (inflammation) of the lower urinary tract, relieve abdominal pain due to gastrointestinal gas, to reduce flatulence.*
To make Tea: Put 1 tsp roots in one cup of boiling water, steep 5-10 min., strain & drink 1 cup/ day.
