To make Tea: In a warm tea pot put 1-2tsp tea, pour a cup of hot water (194-205°F), steep for 3-5 minutes strain. Sweeten with honey, stevia, or another healthy sweetener. Enjoy daily as a tonic for up to 30 days at a time, or enjoy a couple of hours before needed.
