This herbal tea is used for gentle relief of occasional constipation, for adults only. It acts by stimulating the intestines to move stool along, relieve water retention fighting inflammation and infection, but also aids in digestion and constipation relief.*

Ingedients: Dandelion, Yellow dock, Burdock, Licorice, Marshmallow, Slippery Elm, Chamomile, Ginger, Peppermint.

To make Tea (For Adults Only); In a warm tea pot put 1-2tsp tea, pour a cup of hot water (190-205ºF), steep for 4-5minutes, strain, add a natural sweetener to taste if desired & drink a cup before bed time, or 1-3 cups per day as needed to support regularity for Maximum 7-10 days at a time.
