Lady's Mantle Herb (Alchemilla vulgaris)

Lady's mantle is a perennial herb, useful for heavy menstrual bleeding, menstrual cramps, relieve the pain and regulate the menstrual cycle. Also used for mouth sores and ulcers and laryngitis and bleeding gums. Also an wash can minimize vaginal irritations and infections.*
To make Tea: Pour 1 cup of boiling water over 1tsp herb, steep for 5-10 minutes, strain and drink or use as gargle and wash.
