‘Kamarkas’ is the gum (in small, brittle glistening red flakes) from the tree ‘Flame of the forest (Palasha)’, extensively used by female in pregnancy and after delivery as a remedy for back pain and weakness. Mostly used in a nutritious mix called "Panjiri", helps the body reshape after delivery. Also treat diarrhea and dysentery, hemorrhage in the stomach and bladder.*

 Uses: Take 1/2tsp gum powder and 1/2tsp cinnamon powder with some warm water.
