Hibiscus Flower (Hibiscus sabdariffa), Ground Powder

Hibiscus Flowers, also known as Karkade, Sorrel or Flor-de-Jamaica.
Hibiscus Flowers are the dried sepals of trumpet-shaped, deep burgundy fruits (Sorrel), grow after the flowers bloom in the Roselle (Hibiscus sabdariffa) plant.

To make Tea: Add 1/4-1/2tsp powder to a cup of hot water, steep for 2-5min. (steep longer for a stronger flavor), strain, Sweeten with honey, drink 2- 3 cups /day.
