Guggul Gum (commiphora mukul), Powder

Guggul is made from the sap (gum resin) of the commiphora mukul tree. Guggul is a very effective herb for controlling obesity, soothe inflamed joints, lower cholesterol and triglycerides.

Take 3-5 gm powder 1-2 times daily with water, milk, ghee, or honey.
