Gorakhmundi Seeds (Sphaeranthus indicus)

Gorakhmundi is a nervine tonic and analgesic. This herb is famous for its anti-gout properties as it removes uric acid concentration from the body and also prescribed for treatment of epilepsy, migraine, jaundice, fever, cough and prostate problems.

*Dosage: Put ½ crushed seeds in 1 cup of hot water, simmer for 10-15 minutes, strain and drink 1-2 times a day.
