Goldenrod Herb (Solidago virgaurea)

Goldenrod promotes the loss of water (only) from the body, used to treat urinary tract inflammation and to prevent or treat kidney stones, relieve common cold, flu, bronchitis, laryngitis and other similar ailments of the respiratory tract.*

To make Tea: Pour 1 cup of boiling water over 1tsp herb, steep for 10-15 minutes, strain and drink warm between meals.
