Eyebright Herb (Euphrasia Officinalis)

Eyebright has been used as eye wash for the treatment of eye irritation, eye strain, reduce inflammation of the eyelash or infection of the membrane lining the eyelids. Eyebright is also used for hay fever, sinusitis, upper respiratory tract infections and catarrh.*

To make Tea: Pour 1 cup boiling water over 1tsp Herb, simmer 10 minutes, strain, sweeten with honey and drink several times per day,OR use as compress over the eyes 3-4 times daily
