Dong Quai Root (Angelica Sinensis)

Dong Quai known as 'female ginseng', can help boost fertility and help you to get pregnant without chemical or hormonal infertility treatment. Also used to promote a healthy menstrual cycle and normal menstrual discomfort. Used to treat uterine bleeding, painful menses, hot flashes, night sweats and mood swings.

To make Tea: Put 1-2tsp root in 1 cup of water, bring to boil, and steep for 5-10 minutes. Drink 1-3 cups /day.
