Cramp Bark (Viburnum Opulus)

Cramp bark has long been used to treat uterine cramps, relaxes uterine tissues or painful menstruation. Cramp bark may also help to prevent threatened miscarriage or pre-term birth by halting contractions in the uterus.*

To make Tea: Pour 1 cup boiling water over 2tsp bark, steep for 15 minutes, strain and drink 2 to 3 times per day the week or two before your period.
