Dog Grass (Couch grass) root helps to ease painful urination, relieve prostration, soothes and coat inflamed sore throats, alleviates the pain of bronchitis, excellent in easing laryngitis.

To make Tea: Put 1-2 tsp root in a cup of boiling water, simmer for 10 minutes. Strain and drink 3 times/ day.
